Ok. I could not be MORE proud.
My sister just signed the papers for her OWN house in Nashville. The kid's 27 years old, single and has been working two jobs after college (a college education which she paid for on her own with absolutely no student loans, no scholarships and no family help).
She saved up the down payment from the part-time jobs (again, no help from anyone) and signed papers for a 3 bdrm/2full bath house with her own money.
I'M SOOOOOOOO PROUD I COULD JUST BURST!
